Your 'Walls Are Talking'

and they were louder than ever - an inspirational exhibition about wallpaper, art and culture, a collaboration between the Whitworth Art Gallery, Manchester, and the V&A Museum, London. 6th February - 30th August 2010.

Wallpaper was transformed into contemporary art pieces and was no longer a "quiet background for your home". Perspective was collective, enabling what appeared to be traditional patterns to reveal themselves as something quite different upon closer inspection.

With artists such as Andy Warhol, Sarah Lucas and Damien Hirst involved, the exhibition provided "a timely exploration of the possibilities and power of print."
